Itech Program Limited (hereafter, The Company) is committed to meeting the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance ("PDPO). In doing so, The Company shall take reasonable steps to protect the privacy, confidentiality and security of personal information held in accordance with the requirements of the PDPO.

Main Purposes of Keeping Personal Data

All personal data held by The Company will be used, processed, stored, disclosed, and transferred in accordance with the relevant Personal Information Collection Statement below.

Your personal data may be collected from you through business interactions. If you do not wish to provide such information, we will not be able to provide you with the related services. Telephone calls between you and our staff may be recorded as well.

Your records are kept for academic, training, promotional and administrative supports purposes.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

The Company undertakes to keep your personal data confidential. However, The Company may disclose your information to the following parties:

a) The Company's auditor(s) for the purpose of internal audit.
b) Any data processor &/or IT service providers &/or other parties engaged by The Company to support The Company's operation.
c) Requests from the regulatory bodies
d) Requests from any person to whom we are compelled to make disclosure under the requirements of any applicable law.
e) Any person with your express consent.

Accuracy and Retention of Personal Data

The Company has internal procedures in place to maintain personal data at a reasonable level of accuracy and takes reasonable steps to protect your personal data we hold against loss, unauthorised access, use, modification or disclosure. The Company will retain your personal data for so long as is necessary to enable it to fulfill the original purpose (or a directly related purpose) of collection.

Access and Correction of Your Personal Data

In accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right:

(a) to request a copy of your personal data; and
(b) to require The Company to correct any of the personal data relating to you which is inaccurate. Sufficient information will need to be provided to establish identity.

The Company reserves the right to charge a fee for the processing of any data access requests.
